Workforce Pivot was founded by Nia Underwood, MBA — a senior Human Capital executive with nearly two decades advising organizations from high-growth startups to multi-state enterprises of more than 10,000 employees across healthcare, biotechnology, life sciences, technology, real estate, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. A scholar-practitioner as much as an operator, she is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership, graduate faculty at Thomas Jefferson University's College of Life Sciences, and Wharton-trained in AI Applications in People Management.
